In this real time focus tutorial, I will teach you how to draw realistic Horse fur using coloured pencils on extra white hot pressed Fabriano Artistico paper.
 
Join me as I demonstrate each step of the process. Horses are really strong muscular animals with their bone structure directly under the fur, so we’ll be capturing that whilst still building up shorter fur texture, creating a silky smooth finish. Lighting is equally as important when it comes to adding a shine to the horse fur, along with creating depth and dimension.
 
Through this guided tutorial, I hope you will create a beautiful drawing you're unbelievably proud of.
